Y como no, trabajadores de Correos y Telégrafos que ha dedicado su tiempo al estudio y la investigación histórica sobre el correo y el telégrafo. En 1920 se celebró en Madrid el VII Congreso de la Unión Postal Universal, con la presencia del Rey Alfonso XIII.
