The method used for this statement was a self-assessment carried out by the Agency itself with the support of the IRA Tool (Accessibility Review Report) from the Accessibility Observatory.

through the contact form for accessibility requirements designated for this purpose on the Agency's electronic headquarters.

Communications will be received and processed by the Accessibility Responsible Unit of the General Sub-directorate for Promotion and Authorizations.

Requests for accessible information and complaints

Through the form for requests for accessible information and complaints regarding accessibility complaints, you can submit:

  • a Complaint regarding compliance with the requirements of RD 1112/2018 or
  • a Request for accessible information regarding:
    • content excluded from the scope of RD 1112/2018 as established by article 3, section 4
    • content exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements due to imposing a disproportionate burden.

In the Request for accessible information, the facts, reasons, and request must be clearly specified to confirm that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been dismissed, if there is disagreement with the decision taken, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if no response has been received.

  • has been designed adapting to current accessibility standards and regulations, complying with priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) specification

  • has been developed using HTML5 as the markup language and CSS 3 stylesheets for its design

In addition, continuous auditing and content review work is carried out to facilitate its interpretation and improve navigation through the web portal.
